Marcin's track record includes developing and leading Accounting Operations centers in EMEA for Marsh & McLennan Companies, turning around and and growing Arla Global Shared Services while also serving as a board member of Arla Foods’ commercial entity in Poland.

His Financial Services experience includes the position of Vice President of Operations at Street Bank responsible for growing and streamlining Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting as well as developing Key Investor Information Services for the Bank. Marcin had also built and led the Transfer Agency unit at Franklin Templeton Investments.

Marcin started his career in the U.S. working as accounting manager at Filtrona PLC in Richmond, VA and as financial analyst and controller at Medstrat, Inc. After returning to Poland he helped establish and lead HP’s GBS and BPO units.

Marcin studied leadership in London Business School, holds a degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University followed by the CPA certificate.

As Head of Operations & Technology for Continental Europe at Marsh (Marsh & McLennan Co. - global leader in insurance broking and risk management), Daniel was leading development and implementation of operational excellence strategies across 34 counties.
His key accomplishments include designing and implementing a Target Operating Model for CE region, operational excellence standards and “hubbing” roadmap. Prior to that, he supported the launch and led Mercer’s Global Business Services managing Compensation & Benefits and Talent product lines and delivery for Mercer clients across North America and Europe.
Recently Daniel held a position of Head of Poland, Czech Rep. and Slovakia, successfully transforming Adecco’s organization in boosting performance through operational excellence.

Daniel holds a post graduate degree in Insurance from the Academy of Finance in Warsaw, Canadian EMBA from the University of Quebec and a Master degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.

His research interests are focused on employment and labor market policy, labor law, and collective labor relations, the conditions of functioning of social dialogue in Poland and in the European countries.

Scholar of the European Programme TEMPUS and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. A member of the Scientific Council of the academic journals — Human Resource Management and Social Dialogue and Social Policy. He cooperates with the European institutions, the ILO, and many academic and research centers in Poland, Germany and other European countries. He has completed more than 300 assignments across 39 countries and has identified and released billions in cash for his clients in the last 30 years in industries as diverse as aerospace, agri-food, chemicals, engineering, FMCG, insurance, logistics, paper & packaging, pharma and utilities.

He was a Director at Halcrow, Principal Atkins, Senior Consultant Andersen and Consultant at PWC consulting firm’s serving UK and global clients to deliver transformations across various sectors including; Airport Operations, Banking, e-Commerce, Energy, Public Sector, Security & Transportation. Early in his career, he also worked as an in-house Business Analyst with Alliance Gas Ltd and BP, seconded to external programme teams working on internal strategic projects.

Leo received his MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City, University of London and holds a BSc in Politics.
